This jam is an special gourmet for true connoisseurs, prepared with selected sour cherries, a special variety of wild cherries typical of the central Italy area.
- This jam release the intense and slightly tart flavor of sour cherries, perfectly balanced by the natural sweetness of sugar.
- Spread on bread for breakfast, or paired it with cheeses, it is also perfect as a filling for tarts and pies or to enrich yogurt and ice cream.
Ingredients: sour cherries, sugar.
Gelling agent: fruit pectin.
Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Fruit used: 60g per 100g.
May contain almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts.
